about Pat’s Coaching Services:
"I made a decision that will continue to change my life, forever. That decision was to invest in me. And at age 45 I did just that. Now a few months from 46, I feel that I am well on my way to understanding and living life. Learning what being TRUE to me means, defining with clarity and conviction what I really want for myself, and ultimately, getting there.
I approached Pat because I felt as though my life was out of balance. Over the years, I somehow pushed my goals and dreams to the bottom of a list somewhere. Feeling like I was not controlling my journey or my destination in life, the way I had envisioned it, I made my first call to Pat, just to talk.
Pat asked me…if I could wave a magic wand and have my goals / dreams, what would they be? I described a lot of things to Pat, with a tremendous amount of vagueness. I struggled and stumbled to describe to Pat with clarity, what I really wanted for myself.
How could I get from where I am today, to where I wanted to be in the future, if I didn’t have a clear picture of what I wanted. It was both a humbling and exhilarating experience to understand for the first time that I wanted professional assistance to work on my goals: unravel and rewind with clarity, for the second half of my life.
We started my coaching sessions with a short, and thought provoking, questionnaire. Pat moved into my Life Balance Wheel and we initially worked through two activities, to discuss why and what I was thinking when I flushed out my four goals. It’s a great exercise because, at times, what we think we want on the surface is not always what we really want.
If you think you can come into Pat’s sessions and give fluff and only scratch the surface on identifying and getting to your goals, don’t call Pat. There is a lot of accountability that goes with this relationship; from both the client and the Coach. Be careful what you wish for with Pat because it will come true, if you are committed to the process. Pat’s approach is consultative, focused and the results are very measurable."

Pat, your recent seminar on "If It’s to Be, It’s Up To Me" really hit home for myself and some of my business colleagues. So many of our us leaders and our employees go through difficult life transitions that affect every aspect of our lives including our careers and, without proper management, can leave us shattered.
Your seminar shared the insights of how one can develop the right mindset and the determination (along with the tools/skills) to take us forward. It highlighted how to pull from our own intrinsic strengths, and lean on our support systems to achieve our vision.
Thank you for your inspirational book (“Who Am I Now?”) to complement your seminar and to reiterate so much of those goals and commitments that you made on the journey to your success.”
